Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the GOTLEHS CARE website. They do not govern the supports we deliver. Those are set out in the individual service agreement you sign with us.

1. Using this website
You may use this website to find information about our services and to contact us. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful material.
2. Information on this site
We aim to keep the information here accurate and current. NDIS pricing, funding categories and rules change regularly, and nothing on this site should be treated as a substitute for your own plan or advice from the NDIA.
Descriptions of our services are general. What we can deliver for you depends on your plan, your goals and our capacity at the time.
3. Enquiries and referrals
Submitting an enquiry or referral form does not create a service agreement and does not guarantee that we can provide supports. We will confirm capacity with you before anything starts.
Please do not send sensitive health information through the website forms beyond what is needed to assess a referral.
4. Service agreements
Supports are delivered under a written service agreement that sets out the supports, the rates charged, cancellation terms and how either party can end the arrangement. Where these terms and a signed service agreement conflict, the service agreement prevails.
5. Intellectual property
The content, layout and branding of this website belong to GOTLEHS CARE unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish it commercially without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
This site links to external sites such as ndis.gov.au and ndiscommission.gov.au for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them from time to time, and the current version will always appear on this page.
These terms are a plain-English draft prepared for the website. They are not legal advice, and they should be reviewed by a legal adviser before launch.
